Lawyer-Curator of Minors; Head of the Juvenile Welfare Service of Athens

I was born in Chania and I am a graduate of the Athens Law School and the ASPAITE Pedagogical School. I am licensed to practice law and certified as an adult educator.

As a Legal-Juvenile Curator, I have been serving in the Athens Juvenile Curator Service since 2003, in which I hold the supervisor position.

I have many years of experience in counseling juvenile offenders on a psychosocial and legalistic level, aiming for their social reintegration.

I have been a member of the Board of scientific bodies and networks for the prevention and treatment of juvenile delinquency (Society for the Protection of Minors – EPAA, Central Scientific Council for the Prevention and Treatment of Victimization and Juvenile Delinquency – KESATHEA), and a member of law drafting committees of the Ministry of Justice with a similar subject.

I have participated as a speaker in multiple conferences for the prevention and treatment of juvenile delinquency, as well as an instructor in training seminars with an equivalent subject.

I have received certified training in educational activities regarding adolescent psychology, addictive behaviors, safe internet use, family therapy and its dynamics, and juvenile delinquency.
